Problem with e-mail form  en

I am no longer receiving emails sent through any of the Email Form Objects on our website. This problem began at the time the license was transferred. Could this be due to the licensing change? All other data appears to be displaying properly, and no other information or settings were changed. I am using Website X5 Professional 13, and it still appears to be under shop[at]360myspace.com.
When we click on "send" on any form on our site, the error message says "This page isn't working portal.thehappycropshoppe.com is currently unable to handle this request HTTP Error 500." The email should be sent from thehappycropshoppe[at]gmail.com via box2195.bluehost.com.
Can you provide any information on a solution to correct this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Lisa, I am not sure how to assist (hopefully others can), but I am aware that most hosting services have cracked down on mailservers being used for other than domain email accounts (eg my host blocked any attempt to send email as if from my gmail account). I am also aware that V13 does not support some current web protocols and functionality (eg. has php been upgraded on your host?)

But I must ask, why are you still supporting a V13 website? You are licensed to use the latest version!

If you move your website from v13 to V2022.1 you will also have access to Incomedia support.

(please try an upgrade to see how much or how little work would be required to adopt the latest version, in V13 go to step 5, export project and create an iwzip, in V2022.1 select import, browse to the iwzip files, select it)
