Hello. You definitely have some problems.

1) Press the Ctrl key and without releasing it, press the preview button.

2) Delete all site files from the hosting and fully upload the entire site to the hosting again.

3) Try different versions of PHP on hosting - 7.4, 8.0.

Hello Anthony

The first error I can see is that your URL is:

https://penandbowl.net/

But in Step 5, in the Website's URL field you wrote the address with HTTP and www

Please replace that with the correct address I provided and upload the entire website again. Let me know if the situation improves

Thank you

Stefano

Good afternoon Anthony

Now the issue is different. Your website now appears as HTTP without the S. Did you disable the HTTPS protection from your website?

If this is missing, my previous solution won't work properly

Can you please verify with your hosting provider why the HTTPS protection seems to no longer be active?

Please check this with them and keep me posted here

Thank you

Stefano

Still having poblems.  I am not a techie so please forgive . PayPal sent this to me this "

Upon checking your account, I can confirm that there are no issues with your account that would be causing it.

Also, after going through your website, I noticed the PayPal checkout button is not allowed when including PayPal JS SDK as below:

https://www.paypal.com/sdk/js?components=messages&client-id=AahlC9ONvkKwlidzlF1OZHMJNzeEs5L12yMYPbKy9mZOCw-GLHgxkShwpYQ9f7Rm_bCaluKboph2xrvk&merchant-id=LP58AEE4JLMJ8¤cy=AUD

That would cause PayPal checkout buttons not to appear. Not sure if that is the issue you are experiencing since we are unable to access the third-party system and troubleshoot further. It is most likely an integration issue with the third-party system. At this point. you are advised to contact the system owner and request them to troubleshoot their system and figure out the root cause of the issue. Meanwhile, if you could share any errors regarding PayPal we will happy to assist further.

Can anyone help ??   PLEASE :--))

Hello Anthony

In order to understand if what I advised before has been fixed correctly, you should please go to Step 5 and verify what URL is written in the URL field:

You should write:

https://penandbowl.net/

and then export the entire website again

Please try this out and let me know if it works

Thank you

Stefano

Wahoooooo   it works.  Well mostly .   It takes a few seconds for the PayPal logo to appear. Did a test with false name ect. In the past it would send an email to me the shop owner that an order was placed and another email to the buyer with a paypal logo added to the invoice saying " Pay Now "

Perhaps the PayPal system has changed ???

Hello Anthony

This should still be possible actually. You just need to configure the e-commerce this way:

The button will still be presented the same way though. You'll just receive the email which the chance to pay as well.

I hope I was helpful

Hello Anthony

I apologize, my screenshot was referring to the Pro version.

In your case, the email should always arrive. Can you confirm that you (as customer) get absolutely no email when the purchase still has to be paid for?

If so, I would like to ask you to send me your project for verification

Please try this again and confirm this here to me

Thank you

Stefano
