I've tested this and I can confirm that this is probably due to the fact that the images covers a portion of the Text Object:

In order to still have active text, you need to leave some space in the Text Object so that it doesn't get covered by the row the image is in.

If you start writing text a little below in the Text Object, it should work

I believe this is how the effect is supposed to work. You will need to adapt your text Object every time if you use the Image header since that part needs to appear on the top of the box
