Hello.

Try to create a database on your hosting. And then enter the data to connect to it here.

You can find out all the necessary data in the technical support service of your hosting.

Hello Ibrahim

As mentioned by Aleksej, that error has nothing to do with PayPal itself. The Database credentials must be wrong. If you try to export your website online, do you get no error about MySQL data?

I would recommend double-checking those, perhaps with the hosting provider as well

See if you can correct the Database credentials. It should work then

I remain available here

Stefano

Thanks Both,,

Basically, to solve this issue I had to transfer my domain name to new website X5 Hosting which been already integrated with PayPal transaction.

Obviously, the external hosting was bit complicated on the configuration :)..

I Therefore have decided to always keep the X5 hosting instead of external to avoid many issues been experienced..

Thanks again for your support!!

This case can be set as resolved :)
