I should have added that the Help section in the website builder says to open the data management window and change it from there. I cannot find the data management window to do this.

Check the help file (here in French). But now the email adress configured in step 5 re-writes all emailsadresses to use the admin email and to avoid to have any emailing source issues.

Wait other confirmation from other users or incomedia support to enforce my reply.

Thank you very much for your post Axel. Even though my French is pretty poor, I was able to find the section. Thank you for taking the time to explain. It does mean that I won't be using the new version of X5 for my main website - having all the emails coming from the admin email makes what I do unworkable. I'm very disappointed, as I have used X5 for many years now.

Agree with you.... Incomedia prefers to do that to reduce technical support....
It's a pity.

It is a pity Axel. In fact, the website builder I tried was too simple and didn't even include forms. I've now tried a couple of online form builders and as Stefano said in his post, it is the same issue. It is a real problem for me, and is going to cause me to miss emails (my forms are nearly all clinical measures repeated over a few months) as they come through from individual patients. It's going to get worse too as my programme is about to be used by at least one NHS trust. I expected there to be clinical governance issues with the hospital trusts to overcome, but did not anticipate my upgraded X5 to be the cause of the problem!

• This script is using standard PHP mail function.
• Fully customizable for the look & feel
• Possibility to add fields, check boxes ..etc
• Possibility to check is value is correct...
• And more ....

Very great and not to complicate

And the email is sent with the customer email address put into the field

Thanks yet again Axel. I found the apphp site earlier from the links you sent me. Great for a short form I agree, although I'm a clinician with little to no IT expertise. My clinical measures are pretty long and there are several of them. To give you an idea, here is the first measure everyone completes: www.tinnituseprogram.org/tfi.html There are also reframing tools (they are for cognitive behavioural therapy) used a lot by a lot of individual people such as the Meaning Adjuster 

I'm going to have to keep using X5 pro v17 at least for the time being until I either find an alternative I can use which means it needs to be idiot-proof ;) or transfer in to v22 and try wading through everything coming from my admin email
