I brought this template and I am a little confused as to the text that should be in the text box. They give you what should be there but also has a FAQ section to put the recommended data. If I remove the text box, the screen looks funny.

Remove the sample text box, but it doesnt look at neat. The screen shows alot of white space. So my question is what would go where the text is listed?

"So my question is what would go where the text is listed?" - this question is best answered by you. Perhaps video, photo, form, table, etc. You decide what to put there instead of text.
You can remove the text completely and leave only the accordion. But place it in the center.
