Html code for header and footer

I working on phpbb and want to change the header and footer. Where can I get the x5 html code for the header and footer. Is it exporting the website html and editing that?

Unfortunately, my time with PHP scripts like PHPBB has been over for more than 10 years and back then it was mainly about users' installation problems. I haven't run any forums myself.
Maybe it's enough to add your own logo in the PHPBB style.
Or a PHPBB user will chime in and give some tips..
I honestly didn't understand much...
but you will know that I don't have just a matter of html code , because there are also styles in CSS

Ok so I need to play with css, use that to mimic my header and footer to show in the forum?
