Configure phpmail

I am almost finished setting up my server to host fully-functioning WebsiteX5 projects. However, I’m unsure how to move forward with email.
I have downloaded & installed Composer, and run the setup in one of my project directories which created the phpmailer files/folders. But I don’t know where to go from here since the tutorials I have been following become vague/incomplete/non-specific.
I am hoping someone here could direct me on where to configure my SMTP provider settings, and any other steps needed for phpmailer to work with WebsiteX5.

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.15.0-43-generic x86_64)
Nginx 1.18.0-6
MySQL 8.0.30
PHP 8.1.2 (cli)
Composer 2.2.6
WebsiteX5 Pro 2022.2.6

Ok, have I over-complicated the setting up of email? Because it appears that X5 has the phpmailer files in /res already. But I am still not confident about where to configure my SMTP provider variables. Please, anyone, throw me a bone?

I found the correct method. Just one last question; how do I delete this threat? lol
