Unresponsive program when upgrading project(s) to wx5 2023

WX5 appeared hung and unresponsive when upgrading a project to WX5 2023. However, if one waits for a few minutes, the process should complete without a problem. Do NOT ‘Close the program’ when prompted!
This is purely an informational post.
Environment:
CPU – i5-8250U (1800MHz)
RAM – 8GB DDR3-SDRAM (128bit)
OS – Win11 (Windows domain with folder redirection)
