My projects are missing

My projects are now missing after adding a few groups and organising my websites within WX5.
My hosting and \appdata has more (up-to-date) changes than my (neglected) backups.
What is the best way forward? (Besides maintaining my backups better)

Search your PC for the projects - unless you have deleted them.
If/when you find them, then set the X5 to where the projects are. Or move the projects to where they shoukd be.
It is the setting at startup.

That’s odd; after importing all project back, the missing folders popped up o_0

Is this a bug? Or is it meant to do that? lol
Projects can "disappear" in two ways:
- A user reorganizes his/her folders by moving them with ex. file-manager.
- A new installalation of the X5 is installed (or updated) and then the default location for the projects is set. But that is maybe not where the projects is located.
Ahh - and there is more ways it can disappear. Harddrive failure. Deletion that should not have been done.
It is always good to have the project in a iwzip file. Always make that after major changes in a project.
