Cannot edit text inside text element

I cannot edit or add text into text element.
Seems like this problem came with previous update. If I edit existing text, it does not update. If I add new text element and add text, it does not appear at all. I have tried what so ever, does not work. Have anyone seen the same?

Hello. Try this:
1) Temporarily disable your antivirus, firewall and any other protection.
2) Restart your computer and do not run other programs along with WebSite X5.
3) Update .NET Framework.
4) Run the program as administrator.
5) Export the project to IWZIP and re-import it.
6) Make sure that you do not have empty cells on the page (picture below).
7) Reinstall the program.
