New license, do I have to download again?

It has been about 2 years snice I had an active license, so I just purchased one for the updates.
I activiated the license in my profile, it says active, but if I "update" from the program it says I am up to date. Do I need to download the new website x5, and if I do will I have to find all my websites again on my computer? or will they show up?
I just do not want to go searching for these websites to save time haha...

it was like 2021.4.1 ... I ended up crossing my fingers and downloading.. and everything is the same. nothing out of place. whew! thank you though
I had the old Evo version 13 and also backup copies from the old website as iwzip files.
After 4 years, I took advantage of a cheap update offer and switched to the current Evo version in the summer. I converted my old website with the current version and had to make some minor changes, but otherwise there were no problems.
However, the old website didn't have a blog or a shop, so I can't say that there might be no problems with that.
Currently I have the Evo version 2022.2.10.
