Link text dont work in accordion text :(

Hi.
in accordion text object, i managed to write in bold <b->XXX</b-> (thanks to Esahc ..) and found a way to link words (<a href="url">link text</a>) BUT linking does not work. it gives 404 - File or directory not found error. i am sure i am giving the right address but.. What may be the problem?

And, is there a user guide for manipulating text in accordion text object? i could not find a guide for newbies like me...
