Hello,
I ask to make this forum easier and clear to use.
We should be able to choose the language and then ask questions and find answers only in that language, just like in the old forum.
It shouls be divided in clear topics with automated mail notifications to turn on and off.
I have a lot of questions to ask, but cant find the "answers" for everything is mixed and not clear. Please help us find "answers" here Incomedia!

When you do a search you can select filters to apply: Language, date, content type, look in the comments.

Hmmmm....I can type in a word, but dont see the option to select filters?
If I type a word in English, say mail form, then a whole list appaers in different languages....that's not easy to use, or am I doing it wrong?
Maybe a good idea to add a link on the right site: How to use Answers?
Can we still contact Incomedia by ticket? This seems to have dissapeared?
And now we are stuck with a whole lot of issues, questions and problems with V9 and only a not a user friendly Forum??
I had to start working with V8 again, V9 seems to be released way to soon, It crahses, works slow, puts backups in a completely different folder, starts numbering them, so we dont know what is what...sorry but I find this very sad..
We are working on a tutorial to use Answers.
Search "email forma" then in bottom right there are the filters, you can select en in language and click the botton.
So what are we supposed to do when some posts are for example posted in english but then answered in various languages ?
i know we can click the flag to get the google translate but as we all know it doesnt translate properly most of the time.
if a post is started in a particular language then it should be continued in that language, if the answers are a mix of english,german,french,italian etc then the post itself is of no help to anybody.
there should be different sections for different languages and each section should be restricted to whichever language has been assigned to it.
I agree, I find this new forum cumbersome to navigate and not as user friendly as the old one. I expect it will improve as it goes on, but I would not be inclined to stay too long as unfortunately I don't speak Italian, German etc... Please try and make it more user friendly Incomedia!!

Thx for the help.
I see now where the filters are, yet even as I filter on language English, the list of topics is still a mix of differnte languages and not easy to find answers.
I understand it's not easy to set up a whole new forum and software at the same time, but most of us allready payd for the v9 and are now stuck with an allmost not usable software...
Please try to fix things as soon as possible, but I quess you heard this before..

you can search topics about website evolution 8 witing in the search box for example:"evolution 8" or "websitex5 evolution 8". if there are topic with this tags, you can see them. This is the importance of making correct tag og topic for a quick search.
What a terrible forum, why not keep the old one until this one is functioning better? (temperarely 2 forums)
I have a lot of questions and i'm sure there are more people, i don't now were to look.
Why is the filter option not in the user profile so it will keep the same settings, i have to put the filter option on and on every time again. This is terrible.
Why was i not informed about a new version about a new forum (by mail i mean not by finding out looking at a closed forum) ???
used the button apply underneath the filters?
you have to set them every time again. Please fix this !

the filters remain the same.
In the search bar you can see: "12345 type:problem lang:en followers:4 date:20"
"12345" is the search keyword.
You can changing only this word, leaving the other fields.
