Assuming you wish to change your email address, I have marked your post for Incomedia's attention.

However, if you only wish to change your name, select your profile, top right this page, select change user profile, my details, make your changes and save.

Thanks for the information. I have taken your advice and selected 'change user profile' etc, but in personal details it requires Name and Surname, but I cannot see an option to insert the name of our association (Redesdale Resident's Association), who will be renewing licences and perhaps paying hosting charges, going forward. 

The name change is required at our end for accounting purposes, so that any payments made to Incomedia will be invoiced to the association.

In summary, I wish to retain the existing email address.

I hope I am making sense with this request.

Mike, I can change my name, why not have first name Redesdale, surname Residents Association

You could even use part or all of your logo as your avatar.

Thank you, Elisa B and Esahc for your help. I have made the change as suggested and I assume invoice/receipts will show Redesdale Residents Association when I renew the licence for the coming year.

When you will need to extend the license you will just have to report the association billing details.
