Notification email not being sent to the customer  en

I am using the Defocus template and I have hosted it on WebsiteX5 hosting service. However, when a customer visits the website fill the order form and places an order. The order form is sent to the website owner, but the customer does not receive the same (notification email that includes the details he has filled in while placing the order). Please help.

What is the website adress? maybe i can make a test order? (or do this yourself if you have another mail adres)

Did your customer check his spam folder?

https://talha-t.websitex5.me/ is the website. I treid doing it myself and then checked my spam as well. Mail wasn't there.
