Wrong payment quantity shown

Hi.
If I remove the payment option and reinsert it, sometimes the information is mailed out correctly, but then it eventually fails and sends out without the mail information in both the payment and shipping space.
It places the number 2 in the payment space and a 0 in the shipping space instead.
Please fill out an order at conaccounts.com to recieve an order form with the missing information in the payment and Shipping sections. Attachment shows problem too

Unfortunately, I'm not able to understand this problem. In order to reproduce this error I kindly ask you to explain the step-by-step procedure which you have executed.

Hi Noemi and Nigel,
I also have the same problem, and one more. I discovered that the application works random erratically (showing wrong Payment/Shipping field content - same on your attachment Nigel) when we have/add two or more options in "Shipping type List" so I erased them and left just one to make it works, what is not a solution to the problem.
The second problem (the worst) is that at step 4, the Total of the shopping cart shows UNDEFINED and I can not find what is causing it.
Would be great if the Incomedia Support Team gives us some real answers to those failures.

please use the attached file and copy it inside the "RES" folder in order to replace the old file "X5cartengin.js" You can the "RES" folder inside the installation folder of WebSite X5 Evolution 9 (usually under C://).

I replaced the file according to your instructions and the Nigel's commented error was solved.
However, the second problem is still happening. I realized that when appears in the Total field UNDEFINED (step 4) if we go back to step 2 and we change the option of payment and continue to step 4, everything works normal.
Noemi, do you need that I provide you more info about it?

please proceed as follows: You should replace the files in the "res" folder with the one you find attached

Then reload your project and press CTRL + Preview and export again theentire site online.
In the end, to make sure your browser reloads the site, go to your home page and press CTRL+F5.
Please let me know if problem is solved.
