Change wallpaper that moves with scrolling

Dear website builders,
can someone please explain to me how to adjust the background with paintbrushes. It moves with the contact form, so it is not baked into the form.
As soon as I remove the simple separator everything is gone.

You may find the image in line style. In Step 4, click Line Style
at the top and select the row or linked ranges of rows.
Linda, I am not sure which version you are using, but if it is the trial v2023.1 the image with paint brushes is probably in row formats.
