Email form send - text area

I'm having a problem with the email form in WebsiteX5 vers 8.09. It works fine with "text" but I get a send error with "text area", which I need for longer answers in a questionaire... Any ideas how to make it work?

thank you I will try this. I assume I need to register with a new account with the original email used to purchase, and then find the update under download section, for free.. am I getting this right?
