I cannot export because I am asked for database parameters. The perameters are greyed out - how can I change them?

The website specified in the profile reports "403 FORBIDDEN" - is everything OK with the web space?
Also post a screenshot, possibly make the data partially unrecognizable to protect it.
The only way is that you ask the Incomedia team edit or delete the database data. To do this, create an iwzip file in step 5 'Export' by selecting 'Export project' and save it to wetransfer or to a cloud, for example. Share the link to download the project in a private post (click the red eye) and Incomedia will do the job.

After the original database data has been deleted, will I then be able to add and subtract links to my databases as necesary?

WebsiteX5 only allows the use of one database. However, this database can have different tables. Of course you can access these tables in WebsiteX5, but as I said only in one database.
