Digital product and store downloads not working properly  en

Hello,
Can you please help me with a digital product on the e-shop? I have posted a question on tot forum before, but the answers are totally insufficient.

After purchasing a digital product, when using a file from the internet, the customer receives an email with an automatically generated link. However, this link does not link to anything and nothing is downloaded. When I paste this into the body of the message with a link to google drive, the link in the email is to a completely different file. However, the one entered in the administration is the correct one.

Unfortunately I doubt very much due to this experience with the Website X5 product

An incorrect web address was given. In Germany a redirect to decho.cz/de with 404 error.
