Hi,
Is there any way to upload a bulk of registered users manually though the access management?
This is because I see I only can export in .CSV into website x5, and in the Database (MARIA DB) I don't know how to do it.
This must be a basic tool to implement in the future.

Hello. There is no such tool in the program. Perhaps you can import data into a database and then synchronize users. I've never done this, but I think it's possible.
To do this, you will need database skills. Or hire someone.
