Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to create submenu's in the registration form on X5.
For example: in the choice when chosen woman a submenu other than for example when the choice would be 'child'

If you wish this option to appear on a contact form, this is not possible. At the moment, this is only possible with a self-developed contact form that precisely reflects your requirements.
A general solution from Incomedia is not trivial but rather very complex to implement, since the dependencies have to be defined as variable as possible.
Maybe there is a solution from KolAsim?
