Qr Code Generator Not Displaying Online  en

I have just purchased the QR Code Generator (I already had and use the previous QR app).

I setup some QR Codes with an image in the middle and they looked perfect in the preview. When I uploaded my website, those new QR-Codes simply do not appear. The QR-Code from the old app appears normally. There appears to be a bug in the app that needs to be fixed.

I have enclosed screenshots of the problem and the website page is here:
https://gesara-show.com/shows.php

I tried reporting this before, but that post appears to have disappeared.

I did not recognise what "MAJ" is for a key, so i checked your username and saw you have a french website. I looked up the French keyboard layout and MAJ = Left SHIFT Key.

I pressed and held <Shift> + <Ctrl> and clicked on Preview. WebsiteX5 did appear to rebuild the Preview of the website, where i could see both types of QRCode as before, but when I then uploaded the entire website again, and refreshed the page in my browser with <ctrl>+<F5>, the problem remains.

The QRCode Generator images are still NOT displayed on my website. I tested this on Brave, Edge and Mobile Chrome browsers and none of them showed the new QR-Codes.

I just created a test page with 9 QR-Codes using selections 1-9 and no other changes from the default. I just filled in the fields with generic data.

The attached image shows you what the preview page looks like. Unfortunately, not one of these QRCodes is displayed online. This app is seriously flawed and not fit for purpose.

Do not waste your 24 credits on this until it has been fixed.

Another major omission is the ability to add a time to an event. You can only give a start and end date.

The time (with respective time-zone) needs to be added for this QRCode to be of any use.

I had a look at the source code and the page references 'pluginAppObj_187_01'  to _09, yet when I look in the pluginAppObj folder, the highest number is _186.

It looks like the required supporting files are not being generated and uploaded.

Why has Incomedia not responded to this, so far?

Can others, who bought this new object test it as well?

I have tested the update on my website and the QR Codes are now appearing. What remains is the inability to assign times to the Event option. It needs to be compatible with the systems calendar and take account of time zones.

For example, to be able to program an event at 20230908 at 18:30 EST that would be correctly interpreted in Europe as 20230909 at 00:30 CEST.

For example like this: https://qrickit.com/qrickit_apps/qrickit_qrcode_creator_vcal.php

Maybe allow it to be linked to a Google Calendar would be great, too.
