That would be very helpfull if color picker in "more colors" or "advance" mode would generate the color code number as well
like white is r255 g255 b255 and on the bottom should show #FFFFFF as well.
right now we have to use other programs like photoshop to show that number.

I agree! This is another very weak area. Software that deals with colors should be able to input and output RGB (and/or CMYK) numbers. X5 should also provide a way to save a named set of custom colors for reuse.
TIP:In the meantime, you can usefreeware"colorpic".
It works simultaneously withWX5. ---> RGB, CMYK, Hex and more

I work with photoshop cs6. I would like to see that option inside webx5 and not with another program.
