Unable to find Website X5 Pro Hosting Service

I have Website X5 Pro and for past few years I have had Bluehost as the host. Earlier this month the program would not connect with Bluehost to update my website. I contacted them FIVE times for a remedy and they said it was the network. No one has provided a solution. I then remembered that Website X5 Pro came with hosting and decided to try it. However, I could not find how to connect with it anywhere. When I go to step 5 to export it there is no choice to select Website X5 Pro Hosting service. Only third party providers. Do I enter something in the FTP parameters to make the hosting work? Please let me know the settings for your hosting service if I am qualified to have it. Thank you.

However, I have been with Hosteurope for a long time and have my web hosting there.

Only one subdomain is included with WebSite X5 Pro hosting.
The domain would also have to be moved to Incomedia, which would incur costs, or at least redirected to the free web space, which might not be optimal.
It would also be possible to analyze the problem with Bluehost to find a solution.
It would also have to be clarified whether something on the computer (antivirus program, firewall, router, etc.) is blocking the connection.
