Google chrome cut footer and header

different brousers show a background of header and footer not same . please see attached. The Chrome cut footer in left and header in right side . Mozilla working perfect. Please advise.

George, in step 2, Template Structure is appears you have different settings for the header at various resolutions? I see the same issue in Firefox, you possibly just have the browser window size (or magnification ctrl+/-) different for each browser.
