My email stopped sending emails. How to test it? How to change password if I don't remember the old password? I'd like to connect to admin

In WebSite X5, the email password is entered in the email parameters. This password is usually assigned in the customer area of the web hosting provider itself and can be changed there if forgotten.
If "PHP Mailer (recommended)" was selected as the script type for sending emails in the email parameters, no password is required.
If your website address is linked to /admin/, you can log in using the credentials provided under "Access Management" in the "Administrators" section and run an email test in "Website Test," which displays error messages.

If you're using WebSite X5's inclusive web hosting, wait for Incomedia staff; they're online during office hours in Italy.
If you're using external web hosting, check with your web hosting support to see if your email settings have been changed.

Thank you for the answer . I did success login to admin , but I see only the message "No database support detected"

one more question: where do I configure the email ? like"PHP Mailer (recommended)"

about admin I dont see the panel
Normally, the control panel doesn't require a database.
Could incorrect database parameters have been entered?
