Please guide me which URL to add. And how the URL is generated?

The sitemap.xml file for Google is automatically generated by WebSite X5.

With WebSite X5, after exporting the website to the Internet, you can tell Google that the website has been updated, see

Exactly as suggested by the very kind Daniele, just insert sitemap.xml in that field
