Unwanted space in template structure  en

Author: Donald M.

I recently added a search box to my header but decided not to use it and deleted it.

I had increased the depth of  my header to 80 to accommodate this but set it back to 60 afterwards.

Now there are two sections of unwanted white space (circled) below the header. These appear online in several different browsers, but not in the WX5 preview.

As far as I can see all my template settings are correct.

I've tried deleting the entire site and uploading again, but the problem is still there.

hi Donald, checking with Crome it seems OK, have you tested that it is not the browse cache with CTRL+F5

Hi Giancarlo

I had tried that - Now, after about an hour i've gone back in without refreshing the browser ............ and the problem has gone.

For this particular site I'm using a host I haven't used before, maybe they are just slow to react to changes.

Probably a host-level cache.
Ask the Host to disable it; it may give you problems.
