Why do we have access to phpMyAdmin if we cannot create a database?
I want to install Professional Tools for SEO and that needs a database.

A database is created in the customer area of the web hosting provider.
There in the customer area there is also the database access data, which is then entered into WebsiteX5.

Yes thank you Daniel, please see the attached screenshot you will see what I mean when I see the "No privileges to create databases" message in red.

Ok thank you I am using Website X5 not HostEurope.
Just to note again - the database must be created in the customer area of the web hosting provider.
I'm with Hosteurope, but the principle is similar for other web hosting providers.
The database access data that is entered in WebSiteX5 is also available from the web hosting provider.
If necessary, check the web hosting provider's support, help or FAQ pages or contact the web hosting provider's support staff directly.

Ok thank you Daniel. I have already resolved the installation of the SEO software on my alternative hosting provider, it was very easy to create the database.
