Option for the php script to send a logo in the header;
It does NOT work on any settings (v2023.3.5) On admin settings all parameters are pass (Green :() php 8.1... Does anyone have any advice?

Is it about the emails the shop sends?
In my test shop with WebSiteX5 Pro 2023.3.5, the logos are displayed in the emails to shop operators and customers.
Provided that the shop operator and the customers allow images to be displayed in the emails received.

On my website demo same issue into my email. The picture is a png format and into the email the picture is not displayed event after forcing downloading
I imagine you've experimented with multiple images in small format, both PNG and JPG
Same issue for me with JPG format.... Maybe my Outlook ? !
To protect your privacy, Outlook blocks images by default.

But you can right click on the picture to upload it.
My issue with Outlook on my PC appears with PNG and JPG.
But with an email on Outlook/Hotmail (web interface) the email is correct with PNG or JPG.
So issue is from my Outlook application on my PC. I suspect my outlook to have some little issues like this.

I can confirm this is likely an issue with the email client specifically.
However @X5 Croatia, if you want you can try and forward this email to me at *** so I can check it as well

it is blocked, but you can unblock it with a simple click on the exclamation point phrase, or you can set Outlook to always download images
