Should the google metatag be visible on top left hand side of page?
I saw previous posts and the incorrect tag details were used but I have confirmed under tag manager that correct info is entered and it is also entered under the settings>SEO>HTML tag.

Thanks Daniel, your 1st answer solved the problem.
Also it was interesting the video in the link of your second post about Metatags vs metadescription. This will be very useful going forward.
