I am getting this error again.(see attached screenshot). I have been having issues with redirect errors when clicking on the website links in a Chrome Browser. Is there something going on between Ionos, where my domain is hosted and your web site servers? I can hardly wait until I can move my website to your hosting platform. My 60 days will be as of October 26th this month. I hope someone can help quickly as my website is inaccessible as of today.

Simply click on the right arrow at the top right.
If the website cannot be exported to the Internet via "5 Export", Incomedia employees would have to look into the matter.
Ignore the error message and click on the right arrow at the top right of WebSite X5 (see screenshot).
Does it work?

The arrow is grayed out. I can't use it. That is why I posted the message. Thanks anyway. I think it may have to do with my new domain provider. They are a global company but seem to be a bit shady. I want to transfer my domain over to Incomedia as soon as possible. Until I can, I need to be able to push out the blog posts and updates.
The Incomedia employees would have to take care of it, but in Europe it's the weekend and the offices are not occupied, so wait until Monday.

I reported the problem to Incomedia support. Wait for a technician to come by at the beginning of the week...

Thank you J.P. This was working fine until last week. Now, I am seeing DNS redirect errors for the website using the domain name from Ionos multiple times a day. I am unable to upload website updates. In particular, my blog post from Friday because the upload option is locked out while Incomedia manages the webspace and domain activation again.
This is hurting me a little as I have people trying to get to the web site. I also have a lot of updates to upload. I hope the Incomedia tech support people can read this thread and get to the bottom of this quickly in the next business day.
The best solution would be for Incomedia to allow me to transfer the domain over to them and I can be done with Ionos. For such a large company, they haven't offered me anything but trouble.

Now I am starting to become a little upset. It has been over 48 hours since my web site has become disabled and I am still unable to upload any updates. I have not seen any activity from Incomedia yet and it is 0900 on the east coast of the U.S right now. I am needing some kind of update on whether anyone is even working on this, did they have a company wide DNS server outage or what? Should I consider exporting my website over to Ionos just to have it up and running? Here is an in your face screenshot of my website error. Somebody talk to me soon.
Hello Terrance
I've verified the DNS situation for your website and it actually seems fine:
I would like to ask this. Do you perhaps have any other computer you could try and temporarily install the software to in order to check if the connection is being interrupted on your side for any reason?
At the moment, I can't see any reason why the connection shouldn't be possible

Then why am I getting this error on the export page for the EVO? Does this have anything to do with the update last week to 2023.3.4? I can always roll it back as I duplicate rather than overwrite. Why am I constantly receiving misdirect error messages when I try to open the web page? It is not 100% of the time but way too often. Would things work better if I transfer the domain over to you? My 60 days is up on October 26th, next week. Could there be a problem with the Ionos DNS servers? I have had some other issues since I signed on with this company and I am ready to move over now, if it will make things work consistently. Please advise.

Here is a screenshot of the browser error I keep getting. This happens about 95% of the time. I tried opening it in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and I get the same results. When I clear the browser cache, it will right itself for a couple of times, then retirn to this. Any ideas?
Hello Terrance
Yes, this definitely indicates some issues on their side.
As soon as the 60 days are over, we can consider moving the domain to us. Such an issue should then be solved for good.

I have access to the transfer pin number now. Do I really have to wait another 10 days? I need to upload my updates now.

Update: I am now able to upload my website updates. That is a major relief. But I am still getting those misdirect errors when using the https://crann-bethadh.com url address. I can access the site under https://527.websitex5.me but the certificate is wrong as it is registered for crann-bethadh.com. I am going to call Ionos tech support tonight to see if there is anything they can do. I will let you know what I find out.

I found the problem. It was the domain host DNS. I fixed the DNS issues on their platform and things appear to be back to normal now. I will test it again tomorrow to make sure it stays that way.

After many days, this issue is only partially resolved. I need to change the name of my domain for spelling issues, which I just found out about and I am still having minor DNS issues with my current provider. There is a certain website and company thatg i do a lot of business with and a lot of their links point to my website and I end up with 404 errors or it links directly to my current website using the domain name. As I am officially past my 60 day period, what do I need to do to switch domain hosts over to Incomedia?
