Should the template of the website with the shop be changed?

A) You can open a new template with WebSiteX5 and then under ...

2 Template > Export/Import Settings

... export the design.

B) Then open the website with the shop in the old design in WebSiteX5 and you can import the previously exported design.

Now the old website with shop has a new design and the old content is included.

Instructions can be found here, see

The problem has happened a few times and mostly had to do with the PHP version used.

Which PHP version is used and which web host is the website or shop hosted on?

I live in Germany and only have a test shop to test the functions of WebSiteX5. My test shop is at Hosteurope and there are no problems with PHP 8.1.

>> http://finde-links.de/123shop-hosteurope/cartsearch/index.html(For testing only, not for sale)

Incomedia employees or other shop users would have to comment on alternatives to PayPal.

Is there a reason not to use PayPal?

Maybe try with PHP 7.4.

Hardly anyone in Germany still has old PHP versions running, as web hosts charge an extra monthly fee for old PHP versions.

Office hours are beginning in Europe, so Incomedia employees in Italy should be in their offices soon.

I can't fix the problem because I can't understand what's going wrong with other web hosts, maybe the Incomedi staff or the moderators have some advice.

Hello Eran,
while we wait for you to send us your project as mentioned in our e-mail so that we can confirm some data, here are some things that we have noticed:

1) We suggest requesting your hosting provider to activate HTTPS on your website to increase the level of security.
2) The website's URL seems to be http://www.inakitchens.com/ , meaning that without the "www" it does not work properly.
I have tried to make a test order on inakitchens.com and www.inakitchens.com:
with the former address, I cannot proceed with the order, whereas with the latter I could select the PayPal option and input my card information.
Make sure that the URL address in step 5 is the right one (and remember to update it when the provider activated HTTPS).
3) Regarding the e-mail arriving from a no reply address, you can change the e-mail address used by communications sent on the website in the parameters shown in the attached screenshot.
Keep in mind that it needs to be an address with the same domain as the website.

We remain available.

Eric

I can't read the language in the screenshot.

As far as to make an order you can make an order with a random address however the PayPal does not work as it should.

There's nothing to do with the security SSL of the website we made a lot of order without the security however the PayPal again does not work even when we send an email with the paper link it does not work.

It's been very disappointed that you guys does not allow local vendor in the US such as square or Spotify or any other vendor.

The third topic is also difficult to create a non-automatic and many are registration for clients

Hello Eran,
the screenshot is just for reference, in order to show you where the relevant fields are during Step 5.
The highlighted fields are the one related to the website's URL and the E-mail tab, that can be found by accessing the "Server settings" menu, displayed after you click on "Parameters".
I'll try to clarify my previous points.

1) By "address" I meant the website's URL. PayPal is highly susceptible to the website being accessed "correctly".
If the software, in Step 5, displays http://www.inakitchens.com/ (as it should), if someone tries enters the website WITHOUT the www, as I initially did when you provided us with
"inakitchens.com", PayPal won't work properly. You can, however, contact your web hosting provider so that when anyone enters "inakitchens.com", they are redirected to "http://www.inakitchens.com"

2) HTTPS is recommended for most websites, especially e-commerce ones, but of course that is just a suggestion and it is up to you whether you want to implement it or not.

3) I am sorry about the inconvenience, but currently we do not support other payment platforms such as SquareUp.

4) Could you clarify what you meant with your last question?

Eric
