Customer upload photo for personalised gift.

Hi
I want to set up a website selling gifts, some of the items can be customised with a photo for example a mug. Looking at other sites that sell personalised products the shopping cart has an area for the customer to upload a photo when oorering the specific item.
How can I achieve this in X5, I do not want to have to individually email the customer, I need everything contained within the order process.

At the moment it is not possible in x5, eather use mail or make a seperate e-mail form object. But at the moment mail is easyer.
I have set this post as IDEA post for Incomedia, it has been asked before.

But I know there are more and it seems a good addition to x5.
So hopefully Incomedia can make this work in an future release.

are you referring to the possibility for the customer of attaching an image while processing the order?
Please consider this is already possible with the "File attachment" field you can find in the Customer Details section available on Step 1 - Settings > Advanced> Shopping Cart.

Nice, I did not know.
But it's not relevant to the item you order. In most cases it would not be needed.
So i still think it is an IDEA post, because not all items you sell would need this.
So maybe change to;
It would be great if this can be set in the product (list items) you have.
