Please note that although the website was working and appearing perfect, it is now not opening and sending this message suddenly. Please help me today since the owner is discussing her PHD tomorrow.

In the customer area of your web host, set the PHP error messages to “off”.
If you cannot set the PHP error messages to “Off” yourself, please ask the web host’s support for help.
Example of the section with the settings for the PHP error messages in the customer area of the web host, in the screenshot it is the web host "Hosteurope". It might be similar with other web hosts.

The problem is still not fixed.
What was placed on the homepage when a PHP error message was already displayed here?
If necessary, post screenshots so that Incomedia staff, moderators or WebSiteX5 users can assess what the problem is.

Here is a screenshot.
I mean, which objects are placed on the homepage and was any additional PHP code inserted?
Incomedia employees will probably only be available again during office hours in Italy and will be able to analyze the website in more detail.
Normal users and helpers only see the error message and have no other information about what is behind the error message.

Incomedia would have to fix errors in the code of the PHP files.

But if it's just a matter of small error messages that don't affect the functionality of the website, then it's enough to set the error messages to "off" in the web host's customer area.
The customer area of my web host (Hosteurope), see screenshot in the second post, is probably similar to other web hosts. Have the PHP error messages been set to “off” here?
If a response is expected from Incomedia, then probably wait until after the holidays, see

Hello,
Checks the PHP version on the server. It seems to be in version 5.6.40 according to my tools. Insufficient for the latest versions of the software.
The online administration panel is also in error... https://www.topwood-egypt.com/admin/
