Recaptcha on mail forms stopped working

Hello,
when we installed last few update, on mail form don't work SUBMIT button when reCAPTCHA is enabled. Websites published before last updates few month ago works fine. What can be a reason?

do you have a link for the page containing the contact form with the captcha that is not working?

inspecting the pages when trying to send the contact form after clicking on the captcha, I notice that an error 500 occurs for the captcha.
I would suggest contacting your hosting provider for further details about the error, as we cannot access this information, and also check which PHP version they are using.
