the link with the contact form of the website created is :
https://www.jucariilemn-si-confectiimetalice.ro/contact.html
and the email address set in the software Incomedia is : ***
See the attached file.
The problem is that I cannot receive any message from anybody who send a message from the website's sending form.

First create this domain email address with the web host in the customer area and, if desired, set up an email forwarding to the Gmail email address with the web host in the customer area.
If it doesn't work with the domain email address, then the "script for sending emails" may need to be changed.
I live in Germany and use the web host Hosteurope. "PHPMailer (recommended)" doesn't work for me, so I set the "standard script".
If the web host does not allow emails to be sent via PHP script for security reasons, then “SMTP authentication” would have to be set.

I contacted the web host provider and they told me that I need to insert SMTP, SSL and 465 as the number for port - see the details in the photo attached
SO , I have the same error : I can't receive e-mails sent from my website's e-mail form!
Hello,
was the "SMTP address" left empty for the screenshot, or is it like that in the current settings as well?
I would also like to confirm: did you try to use PHP mailer while setting the domain e-mail address instead of the Gmail one, using this address also in contact forms and similar objects?

Yes first time I use PHP mailer settings together with the email address of the website not gmail , THEN I tried LAST TIME the version with SMTP and the email address of the website together with other settings offered by web host provider.
The settings in the CPANEL are simple and already made.
. VERY FRUSTRATED ! I asked for help from web host provider and from this help center of website x5 and the problem was unsolved. I design again the website in the worst version possible without the email address of the website , just info with a yahoo mail address.
I lost a few weeks and nothing.
With SMTP, the SMTP address must also be entered, otherwise it won't work.
Name the web hosting provider and post a screenshot of the SMTP settings.
If the web hosting provider is sitebunker.net, there is no information about SMTP in the knowledge base.
There is probably only the ticket system here to get further information.

Dear Daniel
Yes, sitebunker.net is the web-hosting provider . And I asked and received all info necessary. Please see screenshot attached. The web host provider asked me to insert the email address of the website and I did it . What other things should I try ??? It is just useless this fancy software WEBSITE X5 ,
Hello,
as in the previous screenshot, in this screenshot as well I can see that the SMTP Address was left empty.
Is there a reason for this? The provider should have given you info about it.

Hi Eric. Thanks for your answer. I will ask the webhost provider and I come back with an answer.
Try configuring as follows:
1) Script type: SMTP authenticated
2) SMTP address: jucariilemn-si-confectiimetalice.ro (without www.)
3) Encryption mode: SSL
4) Port 465
5) User name: The email you enter in the images. prodofine jucariilemn-si-confectiimetalice.ro (the at sign is in the space - I omitted it - because emails are hidden here in the forum)
6) The email password (What you must have)
7) Sender for sending emails: prodofine jucariilemn-si-confectiimetalice.ro
This is how I configure it on my site: See screenshot.
Finally, in your cpanel you must redirect (or triangulate - forwarders) your personal email. hotmail, outlook, gmail, etc. for the server to send you a copy or a notice that someone contacted you.
greetings.
