Database Creation error while uploading to server  en

While uploading to server error message database creation.  Php ver. 7.1 is corrected, please help  me to resolve this issue .

Hello J. Prakash,

WebSite X5 does not create the database for you.  Any database which you specify in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Data Management must first already exist on the server which you are uploading to.

If you are unsure how to create a database on the server then you can ask your webhost for advice, and also for the correct login credentials which you can then enter into WebSite X5 in the Data Management section.

Check your Database settings, I had the same message Appearing and it turned out I had misspelled my username

I already created  Database and suggested version of php, then these error is coming from as : "The following test failed My SQL Databse Setting" ,

From the last screenshot my gut instinct is that the Host Name is incorrect.

That looks more like your domain name.  The Host Name field should be set to that of the server on which the database resides, not the domain name of the site itself.

I believe your server IP is currently 162.241.197.39  -  if your database is on the same server as your website then you should enter localhost in the Host Name field.

If your database is on a different server then you need to ask your webhost for the correct Host Name.
