Isee it perfectly on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Note, so the problem is with the Ipad not supporting flash components. Formats for Apple would be .OGG, you will require converter software to format i.e. music etc.

To truly address the problem you will have to substitute all flash media, menus that utilise flash. Apple made a decision that flash was not the way to go. However the advent of Android and the mass uptake of flash means that flash is here to stay for years to come or until Apple decide that their thinking is faulty on the issue.

I suggest you browse the web to gain insight to the complexity of the issue - make a decision if you want to go ahead and support Apple IPad and IPhone and adjust your site to have the compatibilities. Please note it will have a drastic impact on the look and feel and you will have to substitute all flash with Javascript modules to get the look and feel similar. For media converters use the browsers search for MP3 to OGG converters.

So to recap this is not a Website X5 problem, it is a decision that Apple had made not to support Flash. That you will have to change all flash to javascript that will require much investigation and searching on the web to get JS code as substitutes that will work on both PC's and Apple products.

Yes,I am aware of the flash not exceptable  by apple. What I really want to know is within the webx5 as advertise html5 does ? Please correct me webx5 design the over come addresses problem . What does html5 do? Webx5 is promoting? Don't get me wrong I just want to know.
