After update X5 sometimes fails to save a project  ru

After the last update, the program periodically stops previewing the site and the button "save" is not clickable. At the same time X5 does not freeze, one can navigate between pages.

If I close X5, before closing it offers to save the project, but at last it is not saved.

I think this is a bug in the update - please pay attention to it

I am sorry about these issues.
Have you noticed this happening with a specific project or with all of them, if you have multiple?
Does this happen more frequently after a specific type of edit in the project?

Hi, Eric. This happens in at least two different projects and with different people on different computers.  On my home computer and on my work computer, and also on my colleague's computer.  I have several licenses.

My coworker is a girl who is not a proficient computer user and it causes her emotional stress. She has just asked me once again to remind her of the problem.

Hello Nikolay,
could you please check the situation after a reinstall of the software with these steps?

1) Uninstall the software in the standard way, from the Windows panel.
2) Go to the path C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia and delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 - Pro).
3) Restart the PC.
4) With the antivirus and firewall temporarily disabled, run as admin the installer you can find here:
https://www.websitex5.com/download/v2024.1/wsx5_pro.exe
