No emails from shop  en

Hi. I have tranformed my existing webshop into my new 2024 version of X5 Pro. New external hosting, too. For the webshop I use the simpel email solution, not the database solution. After the customer's purchase no emails are sent to me or him, - and no error messages received either. How should I proceed to solve this problem?

are you using the e-mail linked to your domain ?
because that's the one you have to use, as many hosts prevent the sending of mails except those associated with the domain itself...

After changing my email to one attached to the domaine of he website I now receive the customer's order properly by email. Hooray for that, and many thanks to you Claudio. However, the customer still gets no confirmation mail from the system. Is there a fix for that?

use the mail linked to the domain by configuring it with the authenticated SMTP protocol
