Not receiving email from visitior(Email contact form)  en

This problem is not new here.Solutions have been provided.But in my case it is little different.here it goes...

I have an email contact form on my contact page.I have enabled confirmation reply as well.So whenever a visitor fills the form, he does get the confirmation reply instantly from my domain email id (lets say ***) but i dont get his email or messages.Yes, I am receiving direct emails (like if you send me from gmail or yahoo).

I have used these settings in "send tab".

Data Submission---

send data by email

sender address--picks automatically from visitors entry.

user email---***

php 5.2 is installed on my server.i have tried on different script(low server script,low level... whatever) method apart from standard.But it is not working.If visitor puts email registered with my domain then it works.

i didnt get any solution so i tried disabling sender address in "send" tab and Voila!! it is working.Now the visitor's message, email id, subject everything is emailed by my own *** to same address.

Can anybody figure out what is happening here and why ?? i guess some logic applies here.

It would be nice if i receive email from sender email address but then something is better than nothing.

Hi,

My email form too does not work. I have gone through all your FAQs and answers given on this forum but the problem cannot be solved. PHP language is installed on my server (godaddy.com).

I am attaching a screenshot of my email form object.

Any help in this regard would be appreciated

Hello I have the same problem, when the customer fill out a questionnaire, I received email, but customer doesn´t receive email. The problem is after last upgrade Website, before upgrade was email working correct.  Thank you

@ Jaromír R., this issue did appear inthe Beta version. I kindly ask you to turno´ro version 9.0.6 or to wait the next update in which the issue will be solved.
