I have an issue with the checkout page. I would like to chenage the text on the page where the consumer makes the payment. I can't find a way to change the text abouve the chackout call to action. Can somebody help me?

are you referring to this?
If so, this can be changed in Step 1 - Settings ---> General Information ---> Content language, by editing the text at cart_step4_descr
Keep in mind that this change will affect all projects with this content language, so for a change to be used in a single project I would recommend creating a new custom language starting from the initial one, and editing the desired texts.
