Why has the option to allow customers to pay via MultiSafapay in the Pro version disappeared?

That's all well and good, but I no longer receive funds from orders placed! As far as I know this was not communicated.

unfortunately our partnership with MultiSafePay has ended: the payment method was initially set as "Deprecated" in version 2024.1, and then removed in version 2024.2.

you could choose a different payment method, such as Stripe, or if you want to retain MultiSafePay you could contact them to check if they provide code to add their payment method manually (using the option Custom Code in the e-commerce settings in WebSite X5).

Now customer needs to integrate a custom code to continue to work... !!!!! And during this time his eCommerce website does not run...
It's absolutely not a normal situation to block an eCommerce website because you decide to stop a relation with a payment solution.
Is it normal to downgrade a version and not offer a turnkey solution?
Payment is critical into a web solution... And you block this one !!!!!
