I have no problems with the file name format in my demo shop, created with Pro 2024.4.4 (Beta).

It takes a few seconds to display the products in the product search, during which time the loading symbol is displayed.

My demo shop >> https://findelinks.de/123shop-hosteurope/index.html

If necessary, reinstall the WebSiteX5 program to reactivate the "File name format" function.

While holding down the left Ctrl key, click on "Preview" in the WebSiteX5 program and wait until the lower progress bar has completely run through. Then export the website completely to the Internet, possibly deleting the files and subdirectories beforehand.

In my demo shop with a few items it takes 4 seconds for the products to be displayed. For many products it will take a very long time; Incomedia would have to rework the program here.

Hello Gunther,
I am sorry about the issue.
Do you have an example URL to check this? What PHP version are you using?
Regarding the extension, if the page contains a function for which PHP is necessary, you will not be able to manually set it as a .html page.

Eric

Online translation:

Hallo Gunther,

Hello Gunther,
an error 500 appears on the product search page when inspecting it, which is an unspecified server-side error
Could you please switch to a version between 8.0 and 8.2 and check the situation after this change?
Thank you.

Eric

Hi Eric,

It works, but only with version 7.4.

I tried 8.2, 8.1 and 8.0, but these versions didn't gave the correct site and shop.

So I let it on 7.4.  Is that a problem for the future?

Hello Gunther,
currently it should not be an issue, but it is unusual.
Could you please ask your hosting provider for the specific details about the error 500 that was occurring, so that we can better analyze what caused this?
They should have error logs available with additional information.
Thank you.
