We use Insta 360 camera images however the result in the app is poor with a gap in the image and the upper and lower views a mess. How do I get refund on this?

I tested the Marzipano tool a while ago based on a user request and created a small guide with a test page for it, but I can't remember which forum it was in.
Tool for 3D images >> https://www.marzipano.net/ (with demos and docs)
If a file with a 3D image is provided, I could test it and create a small guide for it.
