Wow, so my yearly renewal on pro ends this month so it couldnt upgrade at the renewal date and get the full 12 months.
Apparently your commercial licence is required as soon as version 2024.3.1 was downloaded. Surely this cannot be correct because my licence was for 12 months of upgrades. So be upgrading to the latest version, which I had paid for, now means I cannot use the product for customers? Further there was no clear warning that by downloading the upgrade would effectively mean the software could not be used for selling to customers.
Hi Steve.
Nothing has ever been clear about what Incomedia does when it has to unilaterally change the contractual or usage conditions of the software.
They live in their own world apart that does not provide for the respect of users who have been around for decades.
I repeat: I think it's a slightly biased commercial policy and it's always the same, you also have to give something to your customers to keep them, otherwise bye!!!
"Agency license" makes little sense. Real web agencies are unlikely to use this system to create client sites, since there is no management on the client's side. But the ability to buy several licenses in one package inexpensively, to give one license to each client, so that he can then try to edit the site himself - such an opportunity would be interesting.
