A form designed in the Content Form Object does not senet an mails.

In the attached dcument you can see both the succes confirmation from the systemet and the setting.

I have also tried to use SMTP and both with and without saving in a database. Everything works fine - except that nothing is received in the mailbox.

Best Regards

Hello.

Configure SMTP for mail with your site's domain - @rocd.dk

Test the connection settings in the site admin panel. Make sure that letters are sent and received without problems. I recommend consulting with your hosting technical support regarding the SMTP settings.

I recommend setting up DMARC, SPF, and DKIM records on your hosting. Please consult your hosting's technical support.

In the mail settings, in the "User e-mail address" field, specify the same mail that you set up to send letters (SMTP). With the domain @rocd.dk

Delete all site files from the hosting and re-upload the entire site, not just the changes.
Test the form. Check your Spam folder if you don't see any incoming emails.

Hello,
I am sorry about the issue.
To clarify, what exactly is the issue here? Is the e-mail not being sent to the person who filled in the form, to the website admin, or both?

Eric
